McDuffies Bakery was born in 1976 with a plan to provide uncompromised quality baked goods to specialized retailers and foodservice organizations throughout the United States. Our first customer was the Marriott Corporation who used our shortbread cookies in their Hotel properties around the country. Hotels still account for a valuable part of our business in Las Vegas, New York, Miami, Atlantic City, Toronto and Dubai (United Arab Emirates).

The company is a family owned business operated by a father son team with about 20 employees. Still small enough to provide quality of products that the larger national companies can no longer provide but large enough to provide the stability that our customers require.

Our first retail store opened about 10 years ago at the company headquarters in Clarence. At that time, our whole product line consisted of just shortbread cookies and locally roasted coffee. A short time after our opening we introduced Grandma McDuffs Chicken Pie. The demand for this wonderful pie exceeded all of our expectation and we quickly introduced additional varieties.

Our New Store, Mr. Pot Pie, opened on July 20th, 2016 at 718 Main St in East Aurora followed by our Store at 141 Buffalo St in Hamburg.
